Requirments:
- We work only with European citizens or people holding legal European documents (ID or Passport). At this moment, our partners can only hire EU citizens
or people who already have a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
- You should speak a foreign language like English, German, Dutch, Polish, Romanian (level A2+). Vary rarely we have job offers where language skills are not required. *In case you don’t speak the above mentioned languages, sometimes it’s still possible to get hired. This is possible when you are in a group where there is at least 1 person who speaks EN/DE/NL/PL.
- Valid driving license can be a big advantage for you.
- You should also have a Personal bank account (IBAN) where your salary will be paid. For example, an EU bank account.
- We work only with European citizens or people holding legal European documents (ID or Passport). At this moment, our partners can only hire EU citizens
- Some of our clients may require medical (health) and/or certificate of your criminal record.
- Up-to-date CV (autobiography) preferably written in one of the above mentioned languages.
*Specific skills, experience and certificates always depend per position.
*Finally, if requested you should have ready the above mentioned documents.
Frequently asked questions and their answers:
Answer 1: Our partners are mainly in the Netherlands. Candidates can choose between a wide variety of job offers:
-Construction (painters; welders; roofers; facade professionals- curtain wall/steel fitter, window frame fitter, carpenters, etc.)
-Logistics (order pickers, forklift/reach truck/clamp truck drivers, etc.)
-Technics (CNC operators, assembly employees, maintenance mechanics, pallet repairs, etc.)
-Production (cookie factory; simple assembly production jobs; packing and repackaging, etc.)
-Hospitality- Cooks; Bartenders; Waiters; Housekeepers; Dishwashers
A2: Generally, there is no age limitation, however you should always consider your overall health. On the other hand, some of our positions require very strong, tenacious and healthy people.
Preferably you should be aged between 18 and 60. However, this always depends on the given country’s regulations and specific job.
A3: All of our clients provide accommodation. Generally it is a shared house/apartment; you will share a room with one or maximum two more persons. The possibility for single-room is very rare.

- Automotive employees: mechanics, painters, panel-beaters;
- Construction workers- curtain/steel facade fitters, assembly employees, carpenters, etc.
- CNC machine operators;
- Other highly skilled positions

A4: Yes, it is arranged. Sometimes there will be a special bus/car which stop is near your location. It is also possible that you or one of your roommates will be provided a company car for transportation purposes. In case your house near to to the working place, you may be asked to walk. If the distance is bigger the company will give you a bike. Additionally, there may be available public transportation.
A5: Yes, we do have. Positions on a production line, warehouse, agriculture, etc. are suitable for couples. Sometimes the work is on shifts and we cannot guarantee that you can have the same shifts. However, we can say that roughly 80% of your shifts will be together. This does not mean that you will not live together. Certainly, you will share the same accommodation.
Our services are free of charge. Our clients do not charge you anything in advance or upon arrival. There is no need for the accommodation to be prepaid.
Firstly, you need be prepared to cover your traveling costs to the given country. Secondly, to have enough money for food,etc. at least for the first 3-4 weeks.
Vary rarely your new employer will ask for deposit (being for the house key, working shoes, or anything else), However, you should be prepared of such costs- this is usually not more than 30-40Euro.
Most of our clients can pay you some advance money, usually after the first week of work.

No you do not. Our clients does not have any preference for your bank account. Having an European bank account should be sufficient, no matter the currency related to the account.
To sum up, our clients in the Netherlands will have no problem transferring money to your Bulgarian bank account. Moreover, it is not necessary to have bank account in Euro.
Firstly, the working clothes. If there are specific requirements and/or hygiene regulations related to that, you will be provided with special clothes/gloves/cap, to perform your specific duties. etc. On the other hand, you should bring your own daily/regular working clothes and/or ask us if you need to bring something specific with you based on your profession.
Secondly, the working shoes. Because of safety reasons, all the companies require you to ware safety working shoes. Certainly, you can bring your own shoes (S3 – metal tip/nose) or our client can provide you such. However, if you choose to receive your shoes from the company there may be small fee of 20-30EUR. As a result, the amount will be deducted from your next salary.
A9: Bed linen (sheets). Above all, you should bring your own bed sheets, because of hygiene reasons.
On the other hand, you can also buy that from a near grocery shop after your arrival abroad.
Additionally, you can by them from the employer and ask him to deduct it from your next salary.
Certainly, blankets/duvets/pillows are already available in the accommodation.
A10: Above all, you will be planned to work as soon as possible. In other words, in few days after your arrival.

A11: Most of our clients send the working schedule over the Internet. To clarify: E-email, Whatsapp, Viber. However, some of our clients may use another specialized applications. In any case, you should always ask about that.
If you don’t have a smartphone/tablet/laptop, or you are not sure how to use the above mentioned applications, be sure to notify your coordinator after you arrive. They will inform you additionally about the working plan.
A11: In short, the BSN (burgerservicenummer) social services number (also called the Sofi or Social-Fiscal number) is the first bureaucratic issue that you will have to deal in the Netherlands. Our partners will help you acquire it, so you don’t have to worry about that too much.
What is the BSN / Sofi number?
A BSN (burgerservicenummer) is the citizen service number, a unique registration number for everyone who lives in the Netherlands.
For example, the BSN will facilitate any interaction with the Dutch authorities. To clarify, when you start a job, open a bank account. Additionally, this will help when deducting your taxes and social security contributions. Above all, it will help you to use the Dutch healthcare system, apply for benefits, announce a change of address and many more. Finally, it is also used to combat identity fraud and misspelled names.
To clarify, the Sofi number (sofinummer) was the previous name for the social security number, issued by the Dutch Tax Office (Belastingdienst). From November 2007, those with Sofi numbers had them automatically converted into a BSN.
A13: There is no specific arrival date. There is no waiting for gathering a group from our side in order to travel together.
Every job offer has its own preferred date of arrival. Most of the time you will be travelling individually by transportation of your choice (car/bus/plane, etc.).
A14: Unfortunately not. Our partners do not cover this expense.
However, if you decide to travel with your car and later on decide to use it for transportation purposes between the workplace and home, our client could pay you €0.19 per km.
A15: Unfortunately, no. Our clients are only interested to work with people who are European citizens or hold valid work permit/visa especially for the Netherlands.
A16: The length/duration of the contract varies per every agency/employer. We have partners that will offer you short term employment and we also have partners that can offer you a long-term employment (6 month starting contract). What is important for you to know is that you can work long-term, if you wish.
A17: Depends on the client, your job and period of your arrival/start. Generally, you will always have between 1 and 2 days off per week. In case you prefer to work more (overtime), there is always an option.
A18: No, this is not a problem. You will be assigned to a room/house with other women (no men in the house).
A19: Yes, of course. When you arrive, you will be informed about the nearest doctor/hospital. Your health insurance covers some very basic services. The included services depends/varies per every insurance company.
A20: Yes, there is. It is obligatory for everybody who works in the Netherlands to pay himself for a health insurance. This is not covered by the employer, like in Bulgaria, for example.
The cost of that varies, however the price is between 90-100EUR per month.
Our partners in the Netherlands can offer an insurance at reduced rates.
In case you yourself already have active insurance in the Netherlands, you can continue using it. You are not obliged to use the insurance provided by our partner.

A22: You can open a new Dutch bank account which is independent of the ones you have in your home country. Meaning, you will receive 100% of your earnings in the Netherlands
